 Zero Tolerance Policy for Sexual Harassment

This massage therapy practice upholds a strict zero tolerance policy regarding any form of sexual harassment or misconduct.

Sexual harassment is not only unethical—it is illegal under both federal and state laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexual advances or requests

• Lewd or suggestive comments

• Inappropriate touching or gestures

• Any behavior intended to sexualize the therapeutic setting

Any instance of sexual harassment will result in the immediate termination of the session, full payment required, a permanent ban from future services, and a report made to the appropriate authorities.

Massage therapy is a professional healthcare service. Any attempt to violate that boundary will be treated with the utmost seriousness, in full compliance with state and federal law.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the therapeutic environment and ensure the safety and well-being of all clients and practitioners.
