  • At your initial appointment, we will review your intake form, which includes your health history, massage preferences, and any relevant contraindications. We’ll also discuss your specific goals for the session and if there are any areas of focus. Based on this conversation, I’ll develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Please remember, this is YOUR session. You’re encouraged to communicate any preferences, such as music selection, pressure changes, if we talk or don’t talk during the session, this time is yours. My priority is to ensure a safe, comfortable, and effective experience designed to meet your individual needs. Let’s make it the best experience possible together.

    • Show Up Fresh and Clean - Good personal hygiene is a courtesy to your therapist. Side note - I do not care about shaved legs or stubble and you shouldn’t either. 

    • Wear comfortable Clothing - Simple less restricted clothing that is easy to get in and out of provides the best experience before and after the massage. 

    • Avoid Eating a Large or Heavy Meal - To avoid feeling bloated or uncomfortable it is advisable to not consume a heavy meal just before getting a massage.
